The Johnson Center for Science and Community Life, named after famed ABC doctor Dr. Timothy Johnson and his wife, is the flagship of the successful "Campaign North Park" initiative which began in 2011. The Center ties the North Park University campus together with its state-of-the-art lab facilities and community gathering spaces. Completed in August of 2014, the center is already in full use.

Moore Hall, the newest addition to the residence halls at Lake Forest College, opened in the fall of 2013 to sophomores, juniors, and seniors and serves nearly four times the number of students as the previous hall of the same name. Moore Hall features suite style rooms, private bathrooms, and a community kitchen.

An emphasis on sustainability led to the material choice of the building that exists today.

The scope of this project included the renovation of a warehouse into a 70,000 sf, LEED Gold plant for a laboratory equipment manufacturer. A two-story curtain wall on the building’s facade creates a dramatic lobby and dynamic office space and includes high efficiency mechanical systems along with skylights, a technologically sophisticated daylight dimming system, and floor-to-ceiling windows in the manufacturing areas.
